Can a Decision Roadmap start without a Technical Audit?
Yes, when existing evidence is sufficient to compare realistic options. If architecture, code, hosting or integration causes remain too uncertain, a Technical Audit should come first.
Does a Decision Roadmap include an implementation quote?
No. It includes planning ranges, assumptions, dependencies and an implementation-ready brief. A delivery proposal is prepared separately after the outcome is approved.
What if the best recommendation is to defer work or change less?
That is a valid outcome. The Roadmap should protect working parts, identify what not to touch and recommend the smallest justified next investment.
